I'd been walking a path that was but full of darkness, an area that was but just a maze because you don't know where you're heading. A complete epitome of 'nothingness'. It's a place that I never want to be again. Ghastly space. Nobody could name that place, for it wasn't visible to these human … Continue reading A Shade of Darkness

“The Unbecoming of Rain.”
It's been so long that I have written something. Nowadays my time doesn't let me hold onto it. It disappears like mist and I stand wondering how? I sit by my window watching the life move around me in slow motion. Then I look at my hands, every inch, every part. I can't see the … Continue reading “The Unbecoming of Rain.”
A Poetic Moment
Magic
Magic, what is it?
To me it is you,
To me it is the mountains,
To me it is the eyes of a newborn,
To me it is love.Magic, isn’t it everywhere?
One can’t find it if he has greedy intent.
He whose heart is as pure
As a freshly blossomed jasmine,
Whose intent is only to offer,
Need but ask.Magic, it can’t be sought, but feel,
Its impact is intimate enough.
All sorrows will be forgotten,
Wounds will be healed.Magic, it’s in her smile,
Only a glance fades away my worries.
It’s in the meal my mother prepares,
It’s in the treat and happiness that we share.Yes, the magic in life happens
In every moment,
In every life.
It need not be sought,
It is there already,
When you open your heart,
To the magical
And experience…Written by Kshitij Yadav
